Triple A Award Winners
LPGE Triple A Award Winners

Moriah Cebulla and Daniel Bachmeier Long Prairie-Grey Eagle High School seniors have been selected to represent Region 6A in the Academics, Arts, and Athletics Award program.

Established in 1988, the Academics, Arts ,and Athletics Award (Triple “A” Award) is sponsored by the Minnesota State High School League. The award goes to high school seniors who have a “B” or better grade point average and who participate in league-sponsored athletic and fine arts activities.

Both Moriah and Daniel are active members in choir. Moriah has played on the varsity hockey team and softball team the past 3 seasons and was on the varsity tennis team this past fall. Moriah has taken several AP college courses. Jennifer Meagher, Long  Prairie-Grey Eagle teacher writes “Moriah is a giving, unassuming ,yet confident leader”. Moriah was very active working on the prom last year,  Minnesota Honor Society and she was the student council vice president.

Daniel is also very active with band, one act play, chamber choir, Minnesota Honor Society and  knowledge bowl. Daniel has been in cross country the past four seasons, boys tennis for two years and was the track manager last season. Daniel has been involved with student council the past three years and one year he was selected vice president. Nedda Zetah Long Prairie-Grey Eagle math teacher writes, “Daniel is a very positive, confident, and visible leader for our student body.”
