Welcome to Long Prairie-Grey Eagle Schools Facility Use
1. Read through the Facility Use Guidelines and Fee Schedule found in Policy 902.
2. Complete the facilities use contract and return to Mary Holman at [email protected].
3. We will process requests on a first come first serve basis with the exception of LPGE School sponsored events and Community Ed events. Once your request has been processed and approved, the facility will be reserved and one copy of the facility use contract will be sent to the contact person via email.
4. All reservations must be submitted and approved at least two weeks prior to the event.
